To celebrate the opening of their Shanghai flagship, which is also the largest Burberry store in Asia, the British fashion house has released a capsule collection. The Kerry Center Gold Collection, named in honor of the department store building the flaship is located features a stunning collection of trench coats, beautiful gowns, and cocktail dresses, all in a palette of metallic gold.
Christopher Bailey designed capsule collection chose metallic gold as they have greater meaning in Chinese culture. Red is the symbol of joy, while gold or yellow believes to bring good fortune. Time has arrived for fashionistas in Shanghai to try their luck with Bailey’s creations of glamorous evening wear, figure hugging party wear and casually chic trench coats.
