Lotus Elise Cup 250

Are you looking for a track car with road-going manners? Lotus has a new model exactly like that – the Lotus Elise Cup 250. Standard features for the Lotus Elise Cup 250 includes a Lithium-Ion battery, Lotus’ handcrafted carbon race seats, ultra-lightweight Motorsport forged alloy wheels and a polycarbonate rear screen, all of this help shed weight and deliver a benchmark power to weight ratio 283 hp per ton. Anyone interested in shedding more weight can select the optional Carbon Aero Pack, which consists of a composite front splitter, rear wing, and side boards to save an additional 3.7 kgs. Aerodynamics performance has also seen improvements by way of a lightweight rear wing, front splitter, barge boards and rear diffuser.

For those familiar with the Elise-line will notice changes to its look. It now has a redesigned lightweight front clam panel wither wider radiator opening and mesh pattern grille and a rear transom panel with two light clusters instead of four. These visual changes also helped improve
aerodynamics to modify airflow overall and increase downforce 125 kg at 140 mph – this gives the car more control during harder and faster cornering and more stability.
