Gianni Versace not only teamed up with Elton John for frock and roll fashion shows in the 90’s, he also partnered with Rosenthal to create premium porcelain, crystal and cutlery ware in 1992. German porcelain manufacturer now owned by Italian housewares-maker Sambonet Paderno, continues to ply its trade at highest level by producing exceptional tableware of finest quality. For this holiday season Rosenthal has launched an exquisitely crafted series of Versace vases, the Nymph Collection.
The Nymph Collection feature vases in a range of beautiful colors that contrasts beautifully with collections permanent colors – pure white and shimmering gold. Inspiration for color palette came from Versace’s latest fashion collection that array from turquois, petrol blue, red, dark green and black to taupe. Moreover vases are made in round as well as in other streamlined shapes. Giving the special edition a final touch, all vases are adorned with the iconic Medusa, also the symbol of Versace Empire.
There are 12 design and color variations in the Nymph Collection. Each version will be limited to 99 pieces per vase worldwide and come with a special limited edition stamp. Pricing starts at £590.
