Any golfer playing in the PGA Tour and a regular in the top 100 is a millionaire. In addition to prize money, if a player is well-known there is more to be made through endorsement deals even if your name is not Tiger Woods. One of the top players on tour at the moment is Hunter Mahan who is based in Dallas, Texas. Mahan has listed his Preston Hollow mansion on the market with a hefty $9.5 million price tag.
According to Candy Evans, a real estate contributor for CultureMap Houston who received a tour of the property, the 16,655 square-foot house has five bedrooms, six full and two half baths and plenty of other features that fits a multi-million dollar mansion. Beautifully decorated master bedroom located on first floor has a vessel bathtub encircled by a Weill Studios art panels with cherry blossoms painting and a closet with a marble counter, mirror, sink and a makeup bar. Other bedrooms are located upstairs.

A luxuriously furnished guest suite is located on the left that includes a bed, a spacious bathroom, a sink, fridge and microwave. Inside the house a magnificent staircase leads to the basement and the second floor. On the second floor are a study that also double up as a trophy room, a dining room and a glass-enclosed wine cellar with another of impressive art work by Weill Studios.
This being the home of an athlete there is a dedicated training room in the downstairs with weights and machines. As an extra perk and a must have for a pro-golfer there is also a golf simulator.
On ground floor is the well-equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, marble countertops and plenty of cabinet space. Located near kitchen is a casual family room with a big-screen TV and an elegantly decorated formal family room with Scott+Cooner furnishings. From family room there is direct access to outdoors. An infinity pool Evans describes as “orgasmic” and a special grill room with A/C, Vent-a-Hood beer fridge, and counter and sink for prep are all set for outdoor entertainment.
