The Powerball Lottery just hit the $1.5 billion mark. If you can’t figure out what to do in case you win the whole lot, here is an idea. According to TMZ, the Playboy Mansion is about go on sale with an asking price of over $200 million – small change if you manage to win the Powerball.

Owned by Playboy Enterprises, the 22,000 square-foot luxury mansion in Holmby Hills section in Los Angeles sits on 5.30 acres. Hugh Hefner purchased the 1927 built, 29 room estate in 1971 for $1.1 million. The estate also comes with a wine cellar, a home theater and a game room. Other luxury amenities include a four-bedroom guesthouse, gym, tennis court and the famous swimming pool. They even own a zoo license.

Your new $200 million purchase come with a catch. Hugh Hefner is not moving out. According to Playboy Enterprise spokesman John Vlautin “If a buyer is found for the Playboy Mansion, Mr. Hefner will continue to live at the mansion for the rest of his life.”

Chances of new owner (if there is one) paying the inflated $200 million asking price is very slim. Properties in the neighborhood on average costs about $60 million. Because of its famous name, the Playboy Mansion is valued around $90 million.
