Most everything from CCTV and security alarm system to built-in speakers are controlled by iPad and smartphones. And it also has a remote controlled fireplace in the reception hall. An L-shaped house and a garage was part of the property when Ms. Harriet Turnbull bought it few years ago. The home is now listed for £16 million (about $27 million) with Savills.
