Newest luxury high-rise in L.A.’s Wilshire Corridor, the Carlyle Residences has unveiled the building’s newest model residence, the FENDI Casa Residence. Not including luxury furniture, the residence carries a price tag of $3.75 million.
The FENDI Casa Residence located on the 21st floor of the Carlyle is a two-bedroom and two and a half bathroom apartment with 2,837 square feet of living space. The residence’s 12 foot ceilings offer stunning panoramic northeast views of the city and the Santa Monica Mountains.
Interiors designed by Toan Nguyen feature beautiful pieces from the FENDI Casa Contemporary Collection that mixes rich elemental colors of cuojo (reddish brown), lava and earth with inherently modern furniture. The residence boasts a Canova chest of drawers in dark chocolate lacquer and a lupel Mirror with chocolate brown croco embossed leather frame in the foyer, and a voluminous Agadir sectional sofa with Villa Borghese embroidery in the living room.
Other highlights include a Serengeti dining table in seamless ebony macasar and Blixen chairs with gunmetal grey frame and buckles in the dining room. A 40” LED TV integrated to a Mirandus Ambra mirror framed in layered hide inspired by FENDI Fashion’s layered hide heel in the living room.
The well-appointed apartment’s interiors also feature hand-picked artwork from local art dealer, Art Angels.
In addition to the FENDI Casa Residence, the Carlyle’s lobby, lounge, salon and private dining room also feature FENDI Casa’s distinctive furnishings, giving its residence as well as guests a taste of luxury living.
Some of the homes available for sale at the 24 story condominium building include two and three bedroom residences that ranges from 2,772 to 3,535 square feet.
