Money is not an issue for the power couple Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen, they together reportedly raked in $80 million last year. So, why not buy more homes on left and right coasts and few more. Even if you don’t live in them, they are good investments anyway. The latest property they are in the process of closing is a stunning full-floor condo in New York City for $14 million.
Located on the 47th floor of One Madison Park building, their condo features some of the most stunning views of Manhattan – especially from the corner sitting room. Theirs is the highest single-floor home on the building. Home features a spacious master bedroom suite, his and hers walk-in closets, master bath with soaking tub and separate stall showers and double vanities. The other two bedrooms come with their own bathrooms and ample closet space.
Other highlights include keyed elevator entrance onto a private foyer, the spacious open kitchen, separate dining area, and the white oak plank floors. This will be their second home, on the West Coast in Brentwood to be exact they built a home with a moat, which cost them around $20 million. They are planning it seems to build another home near Boston.
