Powered by newly designed exclusive Caliber B55 Super Quartz movement, it offers a list of functions that is part of all their pilot-centric chronographs. It has an electronic tachymeter and a chronograph recording up to 50 split times. The countdown/countup system help with timing operations, while the “chrono flight” helps record “block times” (in aviation speak that means times elapsed from the moment the plane begins to taxi towards takeoff through to when it comes to a halt at the end of a mission). The Exospace B55 comes with lot more aviation-inspired functions.

The black titanium case measures 46 mm and feature non screw-locked crown with an integrated pushpiece. It also has dual crystal-clear LCD screens with backlighting. One of the screens is activated by pushing the crown. The second screen gets activated when the user’s wrist is tilted in a 350 angle – this in fact is very useful for pilots when they are working with aircraft controls and steering wheels.

The COSC-certified chronometer with a rechargeable battery offers 12/24 hour digital display, flyback function, electronic tachymeter, chronograph (lap timer, flight times) and a calendar with digital and perpetual indications. The rotating bezel of the black titanium case feature Breitling’s famous rider tabs. Water resistant up to 330 ft, the case is covered in glare proofed sapphire crystal on both sides.
