Watchmaker Girard-Perregaux described their Cat’s Eye Jewelry “Tourbillon with Gold Bridge” an exquisite timepiece as ‘a halo of light with a unique beating heart.’ And we agree. Cat’s Eye Jewelry, Tourbillon with Gold Bridge, is fitted with more than 1,000 snow-set diamonds and a mother-of-pearl dial. This exquisite piece combines high-end fashion jewelry with fine watchmaking, Girard-Perregaux is known for over 125-years.
Cased in white gold, the Cat’s Eye Jewelry, Tourbillon with Gold Bridge is adorned with diamonds. The dial is made of polished natural pearls, and hand-engraved. Stones are positioned as such, they leave nothing else visible from wavy grains. It takes three weeks for the craftsman to perfectly fit diamonds and pearls individually. The hand-engraved gold bridge is positioned at six o’clock, powered by the GP097000 Manufacture movement. The manual wound movement with 177 decorated components, fitted and assembled by hand, boasts 70 hours of reserve power. Engraving the back of the white gold case is optional. Alligator strap with snow-case folding completes this exquisite and unique timepiece.
The new Cat’s Eye Jewelry, Tourbillon with Gold Bridge is the latest addition dedicated to women to a collection founded in 2004.
