We all love a beautiful jewelry timepiece and Bulgari is the master of delivering exquisitely crafted jewelry watches. Italian brand has replaced the “Naturalia” collection with Il Giardino Tropicale di Bulgari last year for a fresh take on botanical and zoological themes. Their latest creation, Il Giardino Marino di Bulgari, dives deep to appreciate beauty in marine life and continue brand’s affection for natural environment.
Il Giardino Marino di Bulgari features an underwater scene filled with color. A school of fish, coral and starfish are created using the art of miniature painting, and natural materials such as mother-of-pearl, turquoise, and diamonds. Dark blue lacquer painted gold dial mimics the depths of the ocean and gives the impression of fish swimming in blue waters. Red starfish and corals are decorated with 29 brilliant cut diamonds. Its gold crown is set with a rubellite stone.
The beautiful platinum made tourbillion located at 6 o’clock is supported by a transparent sapphire bridge. The BVL 263 caliber automatic also features a 22 karat oscillating weight with Côtes de Genève decoration and fine circular-graining. The movement delivers 64 hours of power reserve, 21,600 vph and water-resistance up to 30 meters.
Il Giardino Marino di Bulgari is housed in a 37 mm 18 karat pink gold case. Available in two versions, one version comes with bezel decorated with 36 faceted diamonds totaling 2.88 karats, in the second version name “Bulgari” is engraved twice. Both versions are available in a limited edition of 50 pieces each.
