Exceptional craftsmanship is the highlight of Louis Moinet’s Mecanograph presented at the Baselworld. The timepiece has used the movement to add aesthetics to its unique dial that is part art and part technical. Production of the limited edition Mecanograph is restricted to just 60 pieces.
The dual faced dial is unique in every which way. The left side of the dial on the front and back is exposed to showcase the workings of the movement and the small seconds dial is also located on the same side. The right side of the dial displays stylish and expressive Côte du Jura guilloche decoration. Its other features include signature Gouttes de Rosée hours and minutes hands and stick hour markers on the right side.
The 43.5 mm case is available in either 18 karat rose gold or grade 5 titanium. Case has a six-screw bezel, interchangeable crown tube system, polished finish and sapphire crystal front and back. Hidden inside the case is caliber LM31 movement manufactured by Concepto under Louis Moinet’s guidance. Movements is capable of providing a power reserve of 48 hours. It is water resistant up to 165 ft. COSC-certified movement features 182-component altogether.
