When you are a 200 plus year old company like Perrelet with a top reputation to maintain, there is a lot riding on a new high end timepiece. The Turbine Skeleton Collection, latest creation from Perrelet is an innovative technical creation that combines a skeleton movement with a turbine – a first in the world of horology. It is powered by the in-house made fully skeletonized Caliber P-381 movement. All inner workings of the movement is fully viewable from the front thanks to its cut-out effects.

Perrelet’s experienced engravers and watchmakers worked diligently on creating its stunning skeletonization, which was a difficult task to begin with on a small area. The openworked aluminium turbine of the watch is mounted directly on the under-dial. When it spin at full speed, the movement’s impressive architecture is exposed through each of its opening. The beautiful finishes and architecture of the movement are visible through the sapphire crystal caseback.
