Beginning this Friday the 17th, hip Parisian caffeine addicts will have one more coffee shop to satisfy their cravings. Maison Kitsuné is coming home to Paris, a city close to the hearts of two founders Gildas Loaek, Art director and manager of Daft Punk, and Japanese architect Masaya Kuroki. Company recently announced the opening of their Paris shop Café Kitsune Paris. The Paris opening is coming on the heels of the successful launch of Café Kitsune Tokyo in 2012.
The Café Kitsune Paris menu includes a coffee named “Daterra Santa Colomba” from Brazil’s Minas Gerais region. The coffee roasted in London has a heavy and full body, notes of chocolate and toasted hazelnut, a light hint of ripe cherry, and a syrupy sweet finish. Patrons not in favor of coffee, can opt for a freshly made fruit drink instead. Menu also includes cold-pressed juices – courtesy of Bob’s juice bar; the Parisian pro of making juices true to the fruits and mixing clever tastes. Café also serves delicious gluten-free pastries and cakes from Noglu and refreshing tea.
The new cafe cleverly combines fashion, music, design and lifestyle as well as a relaxed atmosphere and hip décor. Centrally located in the Palais Royal gardens, the café is nestled in a peaceful, nostalgic Paris canvas with magnificent 17th- century architecture. Stop by this Friday January 17 2014 to be one of the first to taste what Café Kitsune Paris has to offer.
