Chef Pierre Gagnaire Launches Exclusive Dinner Event With Opus One Winery

Michelin three-star chef Pierre Gagnaire is hosting a six-course dinner event at the Mandarin Oriental, Las Vegas. Event is a collaboration between Gagnaire and Opus One Winery. All inclusive dinner is priced at $500 per person, date that you need to keep free for the event is August 26th. Six course dinner will feature off-menu dishes including roasted duck foie gras and beef strip loin with artichoke ice cream, paired with exclusive and limited quantity Opus One vintage wines, including 1980, 1988, 1999, 2005 and 2009.

A pre-event to the main event, a special eight-course menu is starting August 19th. Pre-event “the Taste of the Continents” menu,  is priced at $325 per person, with Gagnaire’s favorite dishes from his London, Tokyo and Paris restaurants. Guests will indulge in the eight-course menu with wine pairings and delight in Tokyo’s Pan Seared Dorade Filet in chili-spiced butter, Paris’ traditional “Steak au Poivre”, London’s Free Range Chicken Breast Grilled-on-the-Bone “En Crapaudine” and much more.
