The French champagne house just introduced a new accessory for Moët Ice Imperial for this summer, a luxurious floating serving tray in the shape of a life-buoy. Since it is a floating device, pool is the ideal place to use it. The rich fruity flavored Moët Ice Impérial was made available in few selected bars and then at Selfridges last summer. At the same time along with new bubble, Moët & Chandon introduced the Moët Ice Imperial Limited Edition Summer Escape Trunk – a fancy mobile bar and fridge perfect for outdoor gatherings in summer. Moët is hoping life-buoy tray will be a hit this year the same way mobile bar was last year.
The Moët Ice Imperial champagne, a special blend created by house’s chef de cave Benoit Gouez is assembled mainly from Pinot Noir (40-50%), Pinot Meunier (30-40%) and Chardonnay (10-20%). Served with three ice cubes in a large Cabernet-style glass, it can also be mixed with other ingredients such as mint leaves, lime zest, cucumber peel, cardamom seeds and strawberries to increase its freshens and aromatic intensity.
