They have teamed-up with the House of Veuve Clicquot to offer cocktails up in the cloud on the 118th floor of the hotel. Located 490 meters above sea level on rooftop of the hotel, the Veuve Clicquot Sunset Lounge will serve guests with Champagne-makers newest bubbly Veuve Clicquot Rich and the Ritz-Carlton’s signature tapas.
The Private Cabana package priced HK$1,650 (about $215) per couple include a bottle of Veuve Clicquot Rich and this is the world’s first Champagne made specifically for mixology. The package also include a choice of ingredients – Cucumber, Grapefruit Peel, Bell Peppers or Tea and guests get to choose two along with ice to make their personalized cocktail. For an additional HK$488 ($65) guests can add a selection of five tasty tapas bites such as foie gras with dried figs and Port wine and a dried beef torteline with burrata cheese and truffle.
The cabanas offer magnificent 180 degree panorama views of West Hong Kong including the Stonecutters Bridge and islands further afar. That’s not all, being way high up, the open air sanctuary also deliver a refreshing breeze for a comfortable summer evening out in the open skies.
